residential projects

We are currently delivering the full electrical and security fit-out for a new residential build in Blockhouse Bay. This project comes through a repeat client, a Quantity Surveyor we previously partnered with on a commercial development, who engaged us again for their residential build.

The scope of works includes:
• Complete power and lighting installation
• Security system integration
• Mains connection and distribution

The prewire stage is underway, with lighting and power installation progressing before moving into security system setup and mains work. Our team is ensuring all systems are installed to meet compliance standards while providing the client with a reliable and future ready electrical and security solution.
